How it all got started!
Hi There!
My name is Karina, creator of Events by KO Designs. Here is a little bit about me and our story. I have a full time job in the Healthcare field. But, my passion for event design is like no other. I love the feeling of making others smile through my creations! In 2018 we decided to launch our small business. I went back to school and became a Certified Wedding and Event Planner and here we are today. During the pandemic we were lucky enough to stay busy and in business. Thanks to all of you wonderful supporters!
I have a Son, Oscar Jr. who keeps me on my toes and I am married to my High School sweetheart. I am also a Dog Mom to our beautiful Rottweilers Nymeria, Cersei, Khaleesi, Marshall, Lady Sansa (Yes, their names are all from the Game of Thrones Show!) Can you tell we are fans?
How we decided on the KO name, you ask? Well...funny fact my Dad, Brother, Husband and Son all have the same name, Oscar. Which is where the "O" in our name comes from and well you know the "K" is for Karina, haha! I can't wait to meet you, let's "KO" your next event!
